2012 Ucluelet Salmon Ladder Derby

The Ucluelet Salmon Enhancement Society by way of the Ucluelet Salmon Ladder Derby has raised $7000 for the Thornton Creek Hatchery over the past two summers.

Participate in the 3rd Annual Ucluelet Salmon Ladder Derby and help us raise our goal of $10,000 for the salmon enhancement projects on Vancouver Island's west coast!

You too can fish in the biggest fishing event on the west coast ... and the chance to win thousands of dollars in cash and prizes in the summer of 2012!

New for 2012!

For the 2012 Fish Off, there will be a $250,000 Hidden Weight Grand Prizes!

Here's how it works: Each day of the Fish Off, one Fish Off participant will be randomly selected to match a hidden weight selected by Grand Prize Promotions (GPP). These hidden weights will be presented to organizers in a sealed envelope for confirmation following the day of fishing. If there is a match, the winner will be announced at the Closing Ceremonies.

Selected participants have the chance to catch and match ... and to win a quarter million dollars!

Fish Off Draw for Five (5) Fish Off Spots!
Made the ladder but are not in the top 15?

You are eligible for our September Fish Off Draw if your fish is in position 16 to 50 on the ladder at each month's cut off time: midnight May 31st, June 30th or July 31st. Five Fish Off positions (invitation only) will be announced at a draw made at noon, Sunday, August 19th 2012. To enter into the draw participants have until the 15th of the following month to forward their name, ticket number, fish size and date caught.
